Welcome to West Cliffe

West Cliffe is a maisonette boasting stunning seafront and harbour views. Built into the cliff it is an old property which has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

This holiday cottage offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 2 people for a minimum 4 night stay.

Polperro is a  beautiful village with plenty of pubs, restaurants, small shops and art galleries. As a result there is plenty to do in both the village and it’s surrounding areas. Polperro is in close vicinity to many attractions such as the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Bodmin & Wenford Railway to name a few.

Living Space

West Cliffe has a large open plan lounge kitchen diner with a window seat to take in the captivating views.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with a small dishwasher, single oven, induction hob, washer dryer and fridge.

Bedroom

The bedroom is split level and has ample hanging space and drawers for 2 people.  The double bed has a heated under-blanket and memory foam mattress. A small window in the dressing area has another view of the harbour. 

Bathroom

The bathroom is rather quirky as it is built into the rock of the cliff. It has an electric shower, toilet and basin. 

Facilites

West Cliffe offers free WIFI, a parking space (750 meters from the property), smart TV and DVD player. A hairdryer is also provided. High quality smart electric radiators and a dehumidifier.

The lounge, with its large bay window has a Smart TV and a DVD player.  The corner settee is easily converted into a large double bed with storage for the extra bed linen.  The oak floor is softened with a rug for warmth and comfort on those wintery evenings. 

Separating the lounge and kitchen is a table and four chairs, ideal for eating in. 

The property has free WiFi which is located on the wall above the fridge. 

We do not allow pets and smoking is not permitted inside. 

Please be aware that the beamed ceilings are fairly low and people who are over 6ft tall may need to duck! 

The property is on the coastal path so during the busy season, there will be tourists walking past the window. 

There are several steps leading up to the property, so it is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. 

We do have a private parking space in the car park which is 750m away and takes around 5-10 minutes to walk to.  Additional parking spaces can be rented for a week or on a daily basis.
